Dana has represented corporate clients involved complex commercial litigation for 29 years.  For more than 23 years, she has served as a principal lawyer preparing senior executives of Fortune 500 companies in litigation and regulatory proceedings.  Dana advises clients on defense strategies in key areas of nationwide litigation and provides in-depth analysis of critical evidence in complex cases.

 

Dana's expertise includes appellate litigation, discovery planning and management, complex litigation management, executive witness preparation, reputation and crisis management, and legal risk planning.
